The Council is made up of volunteers who all have an interest in improving the quality of life for all residents of the parish.
All councilors are unpaid and are not politically motivated.

Ecton Brook Ward Chair A member of the Parish Council since 1999, Steve is a retired Police Officer and has lived on Ecton Brook since 1977. A keen Northampton Saints fan, Steve is particularly interested in providing facilities for sport and other outdoor activities within the Parish.

Little Billing Ward Sue has lived in Northampton since 1984 and has been in Little Billing for the past 12 years. She takes a keen interest in matters relating to this part of the Parish and tries to meet as many people as possible to hear their views. Sue is employed by Northamptonshire County Council as a Deputy Superintendent Registrar of Marriages and serves on the Northampton bench as a Magistrate.

Mr Michael Clasper Great Billing Ward Vice Chair Michael Clasper moved from Birmingham to Northampton in 1967, and became a partner in an advertising and design consultancy, which he continues to operate. He moved to Weston Favell in 1976, and to Little Billing in 1984 where he continues to live. He has become increasingly concerned with environmental issues, and crime and petty vandalism. He works closely with the local police force and Borough and County Councillors in an endeavour to improve security and safety in the area, thus contributing to the peace of mind of local residents. He has been a Parish Councillor since September 2005, and is also a Coordinator for Little Billing Neighbourhood Watch.
